Hi, I’m Tegan. My mission is to help women heal their relationship with their food, movement and body, whilst reaching their body composition goals in a way that is sustainable and enjoyable. I believe that it is easier to change your body composition from a place of love and use education around nutrition and movement, as well as mindset to help my clients achieve this.
I have many years of experience in the fitness industry working with thousands of clients in a face to face format before I transitioned my business online. I am committed to finding an indivialised solution for you that enhances your life and helps you to achieve your goals.

I’ve lost 13 kilos in 5 months with Tegan’s coaching, but the weight loss is not even the best part. Tegan’s coaching has taught me what I wish I knew a long time ago, how to simply eat well and feel great. I started working with Tegan 10 months after my first baby. My main focus was to shed the baby weight and get healthy before trying for a second. Tegan structured my diet based on my personal needs as I was breastfeeding. Within 8 weeks I had lost 10 kilos, my milk supply was unaffected as I was eating high calories, and the results kept coming. Over that time Tegan educated me in so many areas of nutrition and lifestyle. I didn’t go without, miss social events or binge. I started to change my relationship with food and how I thought about my body, fitness and health. This wasn’t a quick fix, fad or restricted diet like I’d always done before – I learnt tools to live a balanced lifestyle. I am now pregnant with my third child and will work with Tegan again post partum. It is extremely important to me that I am a positive role model to my children. I wasn’t to create a positive eating environment that teaches them about balanced eating and body gratitude.

I have been working with Tegs for over 2 years now. I initially jumped on board wanting to increase my fitness, optimise my nutrition and drop some extra kilos. Since then I haven’t looked back! Starting nutrition coaching with Tegs has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. I started with the goal of losing weight and getting my pre-baby body back, but what I didn’t expect was the other amazing changes that came with it. Not only have I achieved my physical goals, but my mindset and relationship with food has shifted completely. I have gone from being unable to stick to diets and feeling guilty for eating certain foods, to enjoying all foods without worry. She has not only helped me lose the weight I struggled to shift (many years in the making post kids!) and maintain it long term but she has taught me life long lessons about how to track food, be focussed, live in the moment, organise routines that work for our family life, and stress less when things don’t work out. During our fortnightly check-ins she has shown me that when I am consistent with my tracking and routine it pays off but also it is certainly not the end of the world if I fall off the wagon. She often reminds me that I still need to enjoy my life and not live by the number on the scales – there is so much more to life than that. As a former constant yo-yo dieter, joining Tegan has allowed me to eat better, train harder and be the strongest and healthiest I have been in my adult life.

The results speak for themselves. 11 kilos lost in 11 months, despite a busy social calendar. I was really struggling to progress after injury and major life challenges, and our wedding was only 12 months away. Tegs’ approach was incredibly supportive, she helped me understand restraint not restriction, consistency balance and patience. Most of her early effort concerned changing my perceptions of food labels (there are no good or bad foods!), relationship with the bathroom scales, and “all or nothing” mindsets. It fundamentally changed my relationship with food, and the results, as mentioned, translated to a much healthier and more confident me on our wedding day. I have learnt so much during my time working with Tegs.

I am one month in and it’s been so easy – I am losing weight and still enjoying a trip to the pub or a BBQ with friends and not feeling guilty. I’m getting more confident at the gym and more familiar with the space. When I was working with another trainer before I would think “oh no I can’t eat that, I might get into trouble” or that I had to eat as clean and as boring as possible but it’s just totally not it! I’m trying not to get ahead of myself because I am so early into this but I just keep thinking about where I will be in 6 or 12 months and I’m so excited. For the first time I am thinking “I am going to do this” and I can get there – lose some weight and feel confident with my body.
